"BLACK LIST" - a list of companies that have lost the status of official sellers of products of TM "AUX"

We inform you that there are unscrupulous companies on the Ukrainian market - online stores that carry out retail trade of air conditioning systems of TM "AUX". It is possible to provide false information regarding the configuration and technical characteristics of air-conditioning equipment, poor-quality installation, violation of equipment delivery terms - this is only a small list of violations that you may encounter. Such companies or online stores do not have the status of authorized dealers of TM "AUX".
Likewise, responsibility for possible violations of the provisions of Law No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce", adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on September 3, 2015, which introduced uniform rules for trading on the Internet and which takes into account the basic principles of consumer rights protection and equates electronic transactions with legal the consequences to the contract concluded in writing and determines the possible consequences of violations are personally borne by these online stores.
